Vendor notification: All applicants, including those on the wait list, will be notified no later than June 25th, 2026 – please do not contact us prior to that date regarding the status of your application.

Make sure everything on your application is spelled correctly and that your user names are accurate! If you are accepted, information such as your business name and socials will be used to create promotional posts that link back to your accounts. We will not go searching to find you if your details are incorrect – applications with emails that bounce, or links or user names that are incorrect, will automatically be discarded.

Do NOT – under any circumstances – email image files of your work. Instead, include links where indicated – either to socials or an active website or online shop.

To allow us to weed out resellers of new, non-artisanal goods, some applicants may be contacted with a request for a “process” video or images, in which you will be required to show that you have created your merchandise yourself. While we understand this may be inconvenient, it helps us to ensure everything at our market is handmade/original art.

We do our best to give each vendor their first choice of space, but due to the architectural features of our venue, we have a limited number of each size of spot. Please make a first and second choice.

• Front DJ booth (4ft x 1.5ft, bar height) - $50 (includes bar stool seating)
• 4ft table (may be half of a shared 8ft table OR 2x 2ft tables together OR 2x 2ft bar height tables together) - $80 (includes table and seating)
• BYO 6ft table - table only, not suitable for a clothing rack - $120 (includes seating)
• Half the bar (10ft x 2ft stretch of bar, bar height) - $175 (includes bar stool seating)
• Front of the stage (14ft x 2.5 ft, suitable for a table and a rack) - $200 (BYO furniture, venue supplies seating)
